Hey everyone!! Just wanted to pop in and let you guys know that I am diligently working on your orders. I try and do them in the order that they were received. My washer goes most all day long 6 days a week … sometimes 7! For those of you that have items that need repair it takes a little longer. Please rest assured that I will have your blankets back to you before cold weather. It is pretty much the same process with any blanket service. I truly appreciate each and every one of you for supporting my little local small business. I work very hard to provide the best blanket service possible for you all… including customer service!
I also have a full time job aside from blankets as we all know that is a seasonal business and my horses are accustomed to their spoiled lifestyle all year long. There is NO need to worry about your blankets as they are secured very well.
With that being said… PLEASE be patient and understanding as I have hundreds of blankets to work through… there is no need to message and call me every week to check on the status.
